Ux research
This project is based on reorganizing the system by identifying the gaps in the ecosystem and the research focused on uncovering systemic gaps in how work is allocated, perceived, and sustained across time.
The research involved on-ground immersion by working directly as a delivery partner, allowing first-hand observation of workflows, incentive structures, time pressures, and environmental constraints.
While digital platforms optimize for speed and efficiency, workers absorb the cost through physical strain, stress, and inconsistent income.
